Missing parts
Disappointed with both Sony and Amazon as we ordered this item twice and each time two parts were missing: both blamed the other for missing parts. Have decided to order a different make. On the refund side Amazon were prompt to collect and refund money.

Perfect!!!
I bought this as my first video camera and its very easy to use... virtually no instuction manual needed! I wanted a camera that feels sturdy yet not too big and chunky so that I could take it travelling and thats exactly what i got! Very pleased with my purchase and would reccomend.

Does What It Says On The Tin!
I bought my Fiancee this cammera for Christmas 2005. WOW It's great. It does everything that is claimed by Sony, and it does it well. This is an ideal Entry Level Cammera as its so easy to use. I love the Night Shot feature on it (Filming in complete darkness) - Using that, we were playing "Most Haunted" with it for ages... Well until we heard a bump downstairs, then we stopped! It feels solid, and is constructed very well. I was so impressed with this cammera, that I have bought one for myself too. The service from Amazon.co.uk was top notch as always the package was delivered by a very prompt "Parcel Tracking" delivery service. In conclusion - Get this Cammera! Be you Young or Old - You will love it!
